Flew for the first time with easyJet from its new Newcastle base to Barcelona. For a budget airline, it can easily be compared to British Airways or other scheduled carriers. The service was excellent with friendly cabin crew. The aircraft was clean (the cabin crew clean it themselves!), and we departed on-time and arrived on-time. We were out of the airport and into our hotel in the centre of Barcelona within 1 hour of landing.

I would definitely fly easyJet again, and wouldn't even consider paying more to the other airlines again. The only problem was the free seating policy onboard, which meant a scramble for the seats even if you check-in early.

Good airline, keep it up and I look forward to more flights from Newcastle.
