Taken January 2003 from Bangkok to Frankfurt

One of the better business class services in the non-flat bed league. Staff are clinically efficient, if rather soulless, and the food is quite decent. Beats the other mainstream airlines by a mile, but will have to do better to match the very top dogs.

All in all, though, a reassuringly decent airline (some would say 'boring') but at least you know exactly what you're going to be getting. It's a shame their inter-European services weren't up to the same standard.
