This is a former Go route from Stansted. I have flown EasyJet many times within the UK and had no problems, but on this occasion the flights both out and back were delayed by 2 hours. Excuses from Easyjet e.g. air traffic, didn't really stack up as other flights were all on time.

Biggest hassle was check-in and the notorious 'free seating' arrangement, whereby you are just left to find a spare seat on the plane. This was a bit of a pain in Stansted, but total chaos at Rome, where it was a miracle things did not degenerate into a fight!

Although Easyjet prices are great value, on an international flight I really don't think using them is worth the hassle. Since people like British Airways have introduced many cheaper fares of their own, I'd rather pay a bit extra and benefit from the vastly superior service.
