Taken September 2001 from Warsaw (WAW) to Heraklion (HER)

We were on 767-300 SP-LPC. The plane was relatively new - delivered brand new to LOT in 1997. The interior was clean, the overall impression was that the plane is well maintained. There was young cabin crew on our flight, all of them kind and helpful (some passengers complain about crew attitude on LOT charter flights, but for me it was OK).

We took off on time (5.30 AM) and arrived to HER some 10 minutes earlier. LOT serves only cold meals on charter flights - some cold meat, ham, rolls, cheese, yoghurt, and soft drinks. You had to pay for alcoholic drinks.

General impression was very good, no reason to complain.
