I had a surf board that came with me from Porto (Portugal) to Lanzarote without paying an aditional fee, and when I was boarding to come back to Portugal, Iberia informed me that I had to pay an aditional fee of almost €170 euros. I was obliged to pay that fee or I would loose my €350 brand new surf board. It's not a good policy to blame the error of an employee in the customer's wallet. I will never fly with them. | ||
