They lacked training in basic first aid - my mum scalded herself and it took them 45 minutes to respond with any of kind cream for the scald. The scald was the fault on an air stewardess - it was in a cheap and bendy plastic cup, she handed a boiling cup of coffee around the back of my head, any sudden jolts and it would have been down my back. My mum did claim and she got a thousand pounds. We took the pictures of the scald for proof. Then to top it all up our luggage didn't turn up. Now I think that's the airline's fault. The attitude of the cabin crew was awful - poor and cocky attitudes. But it was not all bad - the flight left on time. There was no leg room. It was awful. I'm not a big person either. I flew with them 6 years ago and they were far better, then it was a super flight. But this flight just stank. I would rather pay more for a fight than fly with Air 2000 again. The seat covers needed changing as they were falling apart. The value of the flight was good though. Checking in was easy. We did have entertainment on the way there. | ||
