Taken May 2003 from London Heathrow to Durban

The outbound flight was taken on the 17th May 2003, returning on 31st May 2003. I fly regular International flights approximately 3-4 times a year and have flown approximately 10 different airlines, and feel I need to comment on the great flights on KLM.

We had stopovers in Amsterdam and Johannesburg. All transfers were carried out efficiently and smoothly with the minimum of fuss. All flights were very good with excellent service by very friendly staff. It was a bit cramped, but tolerable and the serving of ice cream at about 2am for those not asleep was a great touch, and very refreshing.

I have no hesitation in recommending KLM and they will definitely be my first choice.
