Home > Air Canada > 2003 > ReviewTaken May 2003 from Toronto YYZ to London HeathrowThe general malaise in Air Canada is displayed by disinterested and rude cabin personnel. The "Daytripper" service leaving Toronto in the morning arriving in London UK the same evening appears to be operated by older Boeing 767s, and the standard of service is frankly appalling. On a smooth ride - no turbulence - why does it take over 90 minutes to serve breakfast? Also, my seat had not been cleaned properly and the in-flight enterainment screen flickered before eventually dying. I have been on a number of Air Canada long haul flights of late, and they vary from mediocre to appalling. As one of their frequent fliers, I have now decided to boycott them and choose other carriers who appear to want my business... | ||
