Taken May 2003 from Birmingham International to Larnaca, Cyprus

Both outward and return flights (BY 369A/369B) were pretty uneventful, apart from a slightly bumpy takeoff from BHX due to bad weather. Can't fault the punctuality of either flight - well done.

On the down side, all be it a bit niggly, I felt that the flight deck was a bit lacking with info on both flights and what there was came without introductions. I also felt that because of the food options available to passengers, the speed of service was somewhat compromised, but it was worth the wait as the food was, by airline standards, excellent.

The cabin crew were very polite and friendly, and did their best to meet everyone's demands.

One last comment is that I found the seats on the 757-200's a tad hard, which can be a bit telling after four and a half hours.
