Taken June 2003 from Puerto Plata to Gatwick

Whilst the staff were more affable on this flight, the food was still poor, and little comfort. Only one half cup of coffee or tea allowed. No snacks left at all.

Seated in Row 28 in the centre 4 seats, there was NO view of the video screen, but as we hadn't been told to retain our headsets from outbound flight, £1.50 for headset just for music was not a viable option.

The overhead lights didn't work, the drop down food tray was broken, as was the arm rest. Having reported these items to the attendant, it would be interesting to know if this 767 is repaired promptly.
