This was my third flight with Airtours. We were only delayed for 3 hours outbound, which is good for Airtours!

The meal was awful, legroom worse and no in-flight entertainment at all.

The flight home was even worse. Delayed six hours, we were offered a sandwich in the airport, but my 16 month old son was not entitled to one! He hadn't paid for a ticket. What they failed to consider was that if the flight had left on time I wouldn't need one for him!!!!

I now pay more to avoid flying with them. They always manage to spoil an otherwise excellent holiday.
