Taken February 2003 from Los Angeles LAX to Phoenix

Southwest always provides the cheapest fares if you book in advance. $75 return for my flight, booked three weeks in advance.

The flight to Phoenix was perfect. Good service, fast check in, right on time.

Flight back to LAX was the most turbulent flight of my life. The captain and crew members tried to ignore the fact that the passengers were practically hitting their heads on the ceiling, but we arrived on time and in one piece, and that's all that matters.

Overall, well worth the cheap fares. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
