My parents live in the east of Morocco and have to transit via Casablanca, once in Casablanca we were told after 6 hours (midnight) that the connection flight was cancelled after being delayed on the screen. I felt cheated as they knew that the flight was going to be cancelled ages ago and they left us in the dark for 6 hours. We were taken in very dodgy taxis to this horrible hotel in Settat where there was no food for us and we were even asked to share the rooms!!!!! It is disgusting and we will never ever fly with them again.
