I have had many problems with the "attitude" of its flight attendants abroad the aircraft, no or little service and no williness to serve their customers. I think the whole airline really needs to focus more on their inflight service eg food, inflight entertainment, and their flight attendants attitude towards customer service. I have seen the airline in the late 70's give great service with all the extra's, to now little more than wave to get you out the door. | ||
