Home > KLM UK > ReviewTaken June 2003 from Amsterdam to GlasgowWell I must say it is better flying on a F-100 than the 737 - much more legroom. The aircraft left with a 10 minute delay, but arrived also 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. But that is a typical KLM UK schedule - think they add an extra 15 or 20 minutes on the schedule to cope with these 10 minute delays. The flight was very good also because the F-100 is a very stable aircraft. In-flight snacks were awful. Only thing was that they asked at the gate to check in my hand luggage after all, because the flight was very busy and I had no problem with that. But when I arrived in Glasgow, I and TWELVE other passengers were missing their handluggage. Servisair handled the complaints very friendly and efficiently. Had my luggage back the next day at 1000 in the morning. But overall, flying KLM UK is not bad at all, I would have no trouble flying them on these short trips. | ||
