After reading some of the reviews we were a bit apprehensive of flying with this airline, but I have to say that overall we were pleasantly surprised.

The flights were both on time and the food and service were as good as on any other carrier we have flown with. The only down side was that on landing back at Manchester, it took almost 2 hours to get our suitcases due to an electrical fault on the plane.
