Home > Alaska Airlines > ReviewTaken April 2003 from Burbank BUR to Edmonton YEGBUR-SEA-YEG BUR-SEA segment (both ways) flown with new Boeing 737-700 aircraft. Economy class wasn't as cramped as on the other majors, the lunch service (chicken pasta, dark wheat bread, salad) was tasty. Inflight entertainment (CNN, Will & Grace) was very good for a 2-hour flight. SEA-YEG segment (both ways) flown with a brand new CRJ-70 regional jet. Comfortable leather seats, very quiet inside. A snack was served (roast beef on a roll) that was a bit disappointing and perhaps a bit too high in calories. All flights were on time and the service was courteous and professional. The customs crew at Edmonton International (YEG) are a bit surly though... think of the Mackenzie brothers with an attitude. | ||
