Home > Aeris Express > ReviewTaken June 2003 from Toulouse to Paris OrlyFlight took place during their second week of operations. Was surprised to fly in a wet leased Lauda Air 737-400. Cabin was clean and comfortable. A mix of Lauda (4) and Aeris (2 flight attendants. Most passengers did not understand why they were flying an Austrian plane to Paris with most cabin crew not speaking a word of french! No official explanation was given as for the wet lease of the aircraft. Overall service was poor, half an hour delay upon departure due to the oh so common "late arrival of the incoming flight". Drinks / snacks offered at very high price. They wouldn't even offer a glass of water, you had to buy the 50cl mineral water bottle at a crazy cost of €2.00. Will probably prefer Air France or EasyJet next time I fly that segment. | ||
