Check in was quick with friendly staff at the brilliant Copenhagen airport. Flight took off 1 hour late due to late arrival of incoming flight. No magazines were distributed and little information from the flight deck. Flight time was again 1 hour 20 minutes. easyKiosk came round once to serve drinks and snacks. Crew seemed friendly.

After our decent, I had the worst landing of my life! Instead of gently bouncing on the runway, the captain slammed the aircraft onto the runway - my back felt the impact! Everyone laughed though and the senior cabin crew announced "As you have noticed we have landed at London Stansted!" Landed 30 minutes late.

For £50 return I find easyJet excellent and always a pleasure to fly.
