I misread our departure time and arrived 5 minutes before the gate closed. We had decided on a very early flight to get as much time as possible in London, and also because the two tickets to London cost £7.50p plus tax. We were too late to board and when I went to the help desk the girl was very helpful and swapped our flight to the next one, which left two hours later. This flight was more expensive than our original, but they did not charge us any extra.

If they have a service to my destination, I will always fly with Easyjet.
