Boarding went OK, I don't understand why they can't use the JETWAYS to board passengers, it's hardly a frill, instead they make us walk in the freezing cold and pooring rain to board the aircraft on some stairs. Taking my seat was an absolute nightmare, some people were taking ages to store their hand luggage, but more importantly, instead of the flight attendants quietly asking people to take their seats, they shouted at individuals to hurry up, isn't that professional!!! Taxi out and takeoff was good, very quick. Seat pitch was OK, no better or no worse than some other 'high fare' airlines that cost twice as much. The flight attendants were poor and were wearing 4 different uniforms, they were extremely rude and should not be allowed to call themselves flight attendants. Arrival was also good and the baggage came out quickly. Overall not that bad, but those people who call themselves flight attendants could of treated the passengers with a bit more respect. | ||
