It was my first experience flying in the summer and the plane (new Airbus A319) was PACKED! Due to the handling agent's fault my reserved window seat was changed to a middle seat, on the same row with plenty legroom, fortunately. However, this really spoiled the experience. Cabin crew was sympathetic, though, and offered me the only empty window seat left - in last row, but I decided to pass, as it did not recline.

Gate D3 (it seems standard for AMS-ZAG flights) on Amsterdam airport is immediately next to the main buliding - no unnecessary walking.

Flight was on time, food was good, and all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Lower comfort marks are just due to the change in seat reservation. If I had got the reserved seat it would be 10.
