Many airlines offer "Flat Bed" business class seats already, and I don't think Air NZ intends to upgrade their horrible business class seats yet! The expensive Business Class fare does not match their poor quality! However, the food was just OK... Never fly with Air NZ again! Why don't you fly on Cathay Pacific when flying the same route with a very similar price??? Air NZ are losing their customers... Shame on them! | ||
