Taken July 2003 from Jakarta to Singapore

It was my first time flying with Philippine Airlines (PR).

The ground service was bad to manage the long line of passengers, very slow.

The take-off time was delayed 15-20 minutes.

Bad meal (serving 3 pieces of soggy breads for 1.5 hour flight), so make sure to get your Burger King before flying, also bad inflight service and lousy attitude of attendants (old and have a 'take it or leave it' mind set).

The last one is don't expect early check in as the counters open 2.5 hours before departure time.

The good ones are the fleet was quiet, clean and some possibility to get a class upgrade for some economy class passengers.

Fly again with PR? I doubt it.
