First of all it's not how they make it seem because we actually spent more than BA or Alitalia booking two weeks ahead. We have to be flexible and be able to change booking times etc, but EasyJet are not. There is no priority check-in for hand luggage passengers only and so I had to queue in Linate. The staff onboard the plane were simply rude, no hellos, no smiles. I bought some tea and when I asked for some sugar she buffed!! On my return flight the next day, my bag is small, but they made me check it in and when I arrived in Linate, of course a few things were missing. I went to their handling agent, which is terrible, and they told me they could not do anything about it!!! Both flights were late, with rude staff. My company has already moved back to Alitalia and BA, because some of my other colleagues protested as well about overbooking problems, delays, lack of leg space, and rude staff.
