This was a return journey from our holidays.

The plane was not clean, a seat was missing exposing metal, and the covers at the back of seats did not fit correctly, again exposing metal. With limited leg room you were inevitably catching your knees on this metal with no padding.

The window I was sat at, the inner window was broken and could be pushed inwards (I did not try too hard).

Although TV's were installed, no entertainment was shown for the 4 hour trip.

Rather dissapointing for an airline so new and needing to make a good impression.

I feel not.
