Each stretch was a positive surprise; the captain welcoming you when boarding, service in the plane (food and drinks), on the ground (all our requests for good places fulfilled, VIP lounge introductions by ground staff) and no delays at all! When taking off from Iguacu the pilot even gave us a tour over the waterfalls! TAM my favourite airline (beating my SQ experiences!)! | ||
