They told half the passengers that their tickets were no good, sending them to different offices and ticket counters to wait for other airline officials, who also refused to deal with the situation. Three hours later, the flight finally left; with empty seats in the back! Everyone on board with a connecting flight missed their plane. Delta told us that this happens EVERY week with Air Bosnia, and refused to reschedule us! We had to buy new tickets! | ||
