BA is a great airline with good customer service from what I've found.

Toronto-Heathrow, B747-400, 20:10hrs. The flight was on time, the service was good, there's nothing bad to say about this airline.

The 747-400 is a quiet plane, which is good on a night trans-atlantic. The only problem on board was the PTV's, it took 2 hours to fix them during the flight, but we were kept informed and up to date on what they were doing, but most people were asleep.

Thanks BA for another great flight.
