We arrived at Paris CDG at 3.00pm, on the first leg of our journey home to Belfast, and checked the board to see which desk we had to check-in to. To our surprise, the board said that the flight was cancelled. We asked at the Buzz check-in desk why this had been cancelled and were met with a shrug of the shoulders. We then enquired at the Buzz ticket desk, again they could not tell us why the flight was cancelled. The next flight was to leave at 10.00pm, meaning a 6 and a half hour wait and missing our flight home. The flight didn't leave Paris until 1.00am (so we had wasted 9 hours sitting in CDG). We then had to sleep on the floor of Stansted Airport, while waiting for the next flight to Belfast at 7.00am, which cost us an extra £130 I have written a letter of complaint and as yet have not even had a reply, let alone a refund of my extra costs. | ||
