Flight KL 0428 from Dubai to Amsterdam

A really good friendly and professional flight from KLM and all its staff. Everything from the check in staff, flight crew, cabin crew was just so smooth with no problems at all.

KLM have a very good selection of inflight entertainment from the latest films to some really good music. Arrow classic rock has to be the best station in the world.

Cabin crew are friendly and helpfull. As we left Dubai at 1:30 am and most passengers wanted to sleep, the cabin crew did not have a whole lot to do.

KLM have the best business class breakfast, consisting of cold meats, a good selection of fruit, cheese, rolls.

One complaint that I do have is that the security staff at Dubai international are the worlds worst. Stupid, dumb, ignorant idiots is the only way to describe these people (it felt like I was travelling through nigeria again). There was something in my bag, which they wanted to look at after it went through the scanning machine. Christ, was I treated on a par with a convict with all the screaming and squawking that was going on. I could not say much as I was in their country. My patience was tested to the maximum!

If Dubai wants to be a global international airport, I suggest you fire all the security staff and get someone in who knows how to deal with public problems in the correct and civilised way.
