Good flights - on time Manchester to Heraklion, one hour delay Heraklion to Manchester.

Air crew left a lot to be desired. It was noticeable that one air stewardess in particular was unhelpful, refused to assist passengers with bags, assisting them to seats etc. and was clearly discussing passengers with another stewardess. Was specifically stating how tired she was and how she was going to lock herself in toilet and sleep through the flight. Not very comforting! Not sure if she was new to Air Scandic as she was unsure where Scandinavia was, adamant that Finland was definitely NOT in Scandinavia.

I was generally impressed with Air Scandic - shame about the stewardess!
