Taken May 2003 from Punta Cana to Vancouver

Would everyone lighten up on Air Canada, remember you get back what you give out.

On all four legs the service was top notch, the aircraft, immaculate and the multi ligual staff were charming and professional. Air Canada has a great product and should be commended.

The Montreal - Punta Cana legs, both ways were great, for an Air Canada Vacations leg, it beat the holiday operators hands down. There was a choice of meals, complimentary alcohol, snacks and two movies, with top notch electronic head sets.

The staff were a blast and the pilot gave us a guided tour all the way down. The plane was so clean, you could eat off the floor.

For an airline in bankruptcy protection, you'd never know it by the moral of the staff or the condition of the aircraft. Air Canada is poised to become a powerhouse again! Keep up the outstanding work... you put to tired, dated pathetic US carriers to shame!
