On time to the second departing Newcastle, less than 5 minutes late departing Faro. Arrived slightly earlier than scheduled in both directions.

Considering it was a holiday flight, the aircaft was clean and tidy, standard seats with reasonable leg room. Staff well dressed, helpful, efficient and courteous.

Meals OK, but the bonus was free drinks with the meal (wine/beer etc.). We even managed to get extra wine 'on the house' whilst offering to pay!

My wife, normally petrified of flying, was very comfortable with the flights in both directions.
