Taken July 2003 from Amsterdam Schiphol to Hamburg

Very smooth, wonderful staff!!

Inbound to Hamburg, service was great, with an excellent snack (wrap sandwiches) that was top quality. Flight attendants were very courteous, friendly, and on this leg, young and lively. One of ours was a male who could seriously be headed for a career in comedy... he was pretty funny and friendly... it was great!

The return trip to Amsterdam was also smooth, although it was a morning flight and crowded. Adequate leg room, but not so great in the seat width department, again most likely due to the fact that it was more crowded than the inbound flight. Flight attendants were more experienced this time, and very helpful and friendly.

One negative - the flight arrived at Schiphol right on time, but for some reason the tram ride to the terminal took a little longer this time around. The result - I found myself running through Schiphol to my connection to Memphis. But a great airport - straightforwardly-designed and difficult to get lost in - so it all balanced out.
