Taken August 2003 from Boston to Paris CDG

Lufthansa first lost my luggage in Frankfurt, where my lay over was, and when Lufthansa France finally retrieved it, they refused to deliver it on the day I wanted. I had to call them several time & they finally agree to deliver it on the same day they called. That said, my luggage never arrived!

I called back to see where my luggage was & the woman behind the phone was angry that I had called once more to bother her during her working hours, regarding work related issues. I had my aunt's medication & the dress for my friend's wedding, which I am the maid of honor.

The employees at Lufthansa are liars and are extremely rude. With employees like that, Lufthansa will surely go out of business because it is apparent that customers are not the main attention of Lufthansa.
