Home > Skyservice > 2003 > ReviewTaken August 2003 from Toronto Pearson to VaraderoWhen we arrived at our gate we saw the airplane parked near the jetway. The airplane looked fabulous. It was new and seemed roomy. Part of that changed once we got inside. There was barely any legroom to start with, but when the person in the front lowered their seat, it caused much discomfort. With the traytable lowered it was even worse since I had marks on my knees from the metal brackets which rubbed against me. The attendants were splendid and they made up for the discomfort. We landed in Varadero well ahead of schedule (about 25 minutes), and when we came back to Toronto, we landed 40 minutes ahead of schedule. Everything went well with this airline except the room inside the cabin. | ||
