Taken April 2003 from Los Angeles to Narita, Japan

Both flights were horrible.

The FAs were unattentive and rude.

The airplane itself was old, dirty, and falling apart.

Had a middle seat, it was uncomfortable, I had to lean over to watch the movie on the center screen.

The US would be better if this airline was to go bankrupt and be replaced by one with newer planes, better customer service, and better management.
