Taken October 2000 from Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden to Palma, Mallorca

This was a fantastic flight. We flew on a brand-new Boeing 737-800 and the seating was very

spacious. The Air Europa agent in Germany gave us seats in the front row so it was very comfortable.

There was a slight delay (45 mins) as the inbound aircraft arrived late due to traffic control problems. The pilot, however, put his foot down and got us into Palma only five minutes late.

Inflight food (salad) was good, with nice hot, fresh bread rolls and a hot-towels to finish.

All in all, excellent service for a charter flight. The aircrew was also very professional and spent a lot of time speaking to my son and showing him around the aircraft.
