Home > Air Canada > 2003 > ReviewTaken August 2003 from Montreal Dorval to New York La GuardiaAir Canada Flight 752 from Montreal to La Guardia. Service: Air Canada is getting better every time I get on it. Right after boarding, the crew came around with newspapers. They had quite a varied selection. They came around more than three times to check whether everyone was comfortable and that all seatbelts were checked, etc. After take-off, the crew came around with headsets for listening to the news program on TV in English first, then French. That was followed by a small snack service in which the crew came around with trays of varied snacks and let people pick what and how much they wanted. Drinks were also served on the flight. I have to say, that made a nice change from the bare little bag of pretzels I get on U.S. Domestic flights. Schedule: Boarding was really smooth! The flight left and arrived right on time. No complaints there! Comfort: Well, considering I'm 5'7", I wasn't complaining at all about the legroom. Value: I got an OK fare from Air Canada's website, although it was still more expensive than flying from New York to Florida. Kudos to the Air Canada crew for introducing me to clodhoppers.
