Taken April 2003 from Funchal to Lanzarote

The flight was quite good. The cabin crew did a nice job like any other airline.

The seats were OK.

There was only one thing that I didn't understand, a lady wanted to go to the bathroom, but the cabin crew didn't let her go, the reason was that the flight time was short and there wasn't any time to go to the bathroom, but there was still about 15-30 minutes of flight remaining.

"The cabin crew obviously did the appropriate thing by not letting the customer up during this critical phase of flight. 15 minutes till landing does not mean that it is okay for someone to be up from their seat.

On this flight the altitude is very low, and there is no cruising altitude maintained. The plane literally creates a 'bell-curve' on the way to its destination. During flights such as these, passengers, and many times crew-alike, are not to be let up from their seats."
