Outward flight was delayed by 2 and half hours. The airline tried to blame everybody but themselves. During this delay we were sat on the plane and didn't even get a complimentary drink.

So much attention during the flight was spent on flogging drinks and headsets that by the time the food was served, my starving children were beyond hunger.

A cock-up on the flight schedules meant the return flight was also extensively delayed. But yes you have guessed it, no food or drinks offered whilst we were waiting and ill informed at that.

No wonder they don't give out the address for complaining to...
