Taken June 2000 from London to Skiathos

I was disgusted at the service from Sabre Airways. Our flight was delayed 18 hours, we were due to fly out from Gatwick at 1.00pm, we eventually flew the following day at 8.30am!! We were left to fend totally for ourselves, not even a food or drinks voucher was offered. We were then told to collect our luggage from the baggage hall and remove ourselves from the airport. At this, the majority of passengers refused to leave and after hours of fighting, we were transferred to a hotel in Brighton, arriving at 11.00pm. We were woken at 3.00am to board a bus back to Gatwick, where insultingly we found our flight delayed yet again for another 2 hours! We then had to check our own luggage in from the tarmac to the plane!

This airline is a total joke, and should have their licence removed. I would never use the airline again, and would recommend nobody else does.
