We flew from Heathrow to Hurghada with a change of planes in Cairo - The first leg was late, the second internal was 'rescheduled' an hour later (no reason or apology given). On the return it was a similar story with the Cairo-London section 'rescheduled' 2 hours late, but even once through the cattle-style service of Cairo airport, we sat on the plane for another hour - still no apology or explanation given. Egypt air treat their Business Class customers no better than cattle - there was only one business class check-in out of four flights - the staff both at check-in, on the ground, and cabin staff, were rude ond even hostile at times - the security was lamentably lax - at Heathrow no one looked at our passports once at check-in or boarding, or anywhere else. I wish I had saved my money and flown on a direct charter flight from UK to Hurghada - it could not possibly have been a more unpleasant experience that Egypt Air!! | ||
