Taken September 2003 from Amsterdam Schiphol to Nice

Flights were perfect on time. From Amsterdam to Nice we flew in a B737-300, seats had more space than average. I was together with my wife who is pregnant. I did not notice that the ground stewardess checked us in to seats that were not side by side. Service starts on the ground, also for KLM, so as a frequent flyer I was not really happy. Fortunately I could change with another passenger who did not mind to change seats, very bad that the service comes from another passenger and not from KLM. Both flights were full.

Flight back was in a B737-800, larger plane, but less space! KLM will have to watch their service, especially when it comes to space in their aircraft, since I will be shopping after this flight. Airhosts were friendly and helpful.
