Taken August 2003 from Zagreb to Frankfurt

Croatia Airlines is always a pleasant airline to fly. Our flight to Frankfurt was a very smooth one.

On route to Frankfurt, the airport was experiencing heavy traffic. Due to this traffic, our landing was delayed 40 minutes. Croatia Airlines handled the situation very well, and kept the passengers well informed (time of arrival, connecting flights).The captain sincerely apologised for this, even though there was nothing he could have done about it.
