Apart from the 'unavoidable' delay of 4 hours on both outward and return flights, the legroom allowance was outrageously atrocious. My partner could not even put his legs in front of him, but spent three and a half hours with legs twisted to the side against the (broken - thus not liftable) armrest; he is not a particularly tall person. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that the seats were so close they had been made un-reclineable.
