Taken April 2003 from Madrid (via London Heathrow) to Washington D.C.

My flight from Madrid to London Heathrow was delayed just 15 minutes, but this was enough to lose my connecting flight to Washington.

I had to spend the night at Terminal 1 (because Terminal 4 closes at night) because the company did not provide me any hotel, although the delay was its fault!

When I arrived at Washington airport, my baggage was not loaded on the aircraft (incredibly after having passed the whole night at the airport and having checked for the flight 5 hours before departure).

I tried to fill in a complaint, but the British Airways office at Washington Airport had not complaint book (¿?).

The only thing good in all this odyssey: I was up-graded to Executive Class on my flight to Washington.

But I add only one thing to ask for: Please, get more stopover between flights or if there is any constance of transit passengers.. wait for them.
