Taken September 2003 from Toronto to London

This international flight flew from Toronto to London via Halifax. During the stop over in Halifax, the plane encountered a 'technical' problem resulting in a delay of over two hours. I realize this was beyond the control of the airline, however, they only kept one washroom open for over 250 plus passengers (they did not let us use the washrooms downstairs).

The flight attendants, who appeared to be fresh out of elementary school, did not serve us any food or beverages until eight hours after the original take off from Toronto. Meanwhile, during the delay in Halifax, the crew gathered in the back of the plane and ate beef jerky while the passengers starved and crossed their legs.

We decided to fly first class on the return flight from London, however, the service was only marginally better.

This airline has a serious service problem that needs to be attended to. I vow to never fly with them again.
