I received my seat number on-line, but still had to check my baggage in at the airport. However, when I tried to drop my baggage off at the baggage drop (after getting a tag from it from one of the self-service machines), I was asked to show my boarding card. The check-in guy looked at me funnily when I said that I had checked-in using the internet and printed me a boarding card. This left me wondering what the benefit of on-line check-in is! The service on board was friendly and efficient, with the snack being served in a now standard box. While it was tiny - it was tasty. No problems on arrival at London. | ||
